Shipping and Returns
How Shipping is CalculatedAll items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your order. If for some reason there is an issue with your order you will be promptly informed.
Tracking numbers are provided with all orders being shipped with Canada Post Expedited Shipping and UPS. For orders shipped by Canada Post air mail or surface mail no tracking number is generated by the system.
All shipping is based on the actual weight and destination of your order. You will be able to choose your shipping method and see your shipping rate before you check out.
Currently we are only able to ship to Canada and the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping TimesStandard shipping: 5-6 business days for delivery in Canada 7-10 business days for delivery to USA
Expedited shipping: 3-4 business days for delivery in Canada 4-5 business days for delivery to USA
Express Shipping: 1 business day for delivery in Canada 1-3 business days for delivery to USA
We are not responsible for any applicable Custom & Processing Fees and import duties & taxes or delays due to customs. This will be at the receiver's expense. From our experience, we have never had any problems with customs and have many happy customers in the States. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a full credit, exchange or refund.
All refunds will be for the value of the product only. Shipping costs are not refunded.
For any short shipments or breakages, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Special or custom orders cannot be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note that crystals and minerals are formed naturally, so the shape and size is always approximate. No two polished items can also be the same as they are handmade. Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions, fractures and cracks that do not affect their individual quality. Utmost care is taken in the packing of each order to ensure you get the best hand-picked product.
