SHIPPING

All items are shipped 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and you will be notified once the package is shipped. We feel it is important for both our customers and us to be able to track the shipment.

We offer flat shipping rates, depending on the value of your order, as follows:

We can arrange expedited or express shipping if required. Please specify your requirements under ‘Shipping Instructions’ on check-out.

Currently we are only able to ship to Canada and the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Alaska and Hawaii shipments and deliveries to remote areas:
These shipments require an additional 3-4 business days of processing time before shipment and incur an additional $10 surcharge.

FOR OUR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

No Shipping & Handling charge will be added to your order at the time of checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated based on both the weight and destination of each individual order. Each order is different, and due to the wide variety of products with a range of sizes and weights, actual shipping costs are determined only after each order is packed. We will confirm, either by phone or by email, the actual shipping charges prior to dispatch.

Your credit card will NOT be billed until the shipping charges are confirmed.

Standard shipping:    5-6 business days for delivery in Canada
                                       7-10 business days for delivery to USA

Expedited shipping:   2 business days for delivery in Canada
                                       2-5 business days for delivery to USA

Express Shipping:    1 business day for delivery in Canada
                                     1-3 business days for delivery to USA

We are not responsible for any applicable Custom & Processing Fees and import duties & taxes or delays due to customs. This will be at the receiver's expense. From our experience, we have never had any problems with customs and have many happy customers in the States.
