OCEAN JASPER
History and Legend
Ancient Egyptians wore jasper in amulets because the stone was believed to increase sexual energy. Massages with a round, polished jasper are said to have an aphrodisiac effect. Both Indians in Asia and Native Americans see jasper as a magical rain stone as well as a powerful healing stone. In the Middle Ages jasper was known as the warrior’s stone. Jasper is mentioned in the Bible several times.
